At Hombre Primal, we want your order to arrive safely, discreetly and as smoothly as possible.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging. The contents of your order are not visible from the outside, and no product descriptions are displayed on the packaging.

Delivery Areas

Hombre Primal currently ships exclusively to selected countries within the European Union. We do not currently ship to destinations outside the EU.

The availability of delivery to your address will be confirmed during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is €8.95 per order.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of €99 or more.

The applicable shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing & Delivery

Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to the destination, carrier availability, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information by email when tracking is available.

Multiple Shipments

Some products may be dispatched from different distribution locations within the European Union. As a result, an order containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

There is no additional shipping charge solely because we divide your order into multiple shipments.

Where available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can still be changed.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Delayed, Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or distribution partner and provide an appropriate solution.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
