We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Hombre Primal. If you wish to return an item, please read the conditions below carefully.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For eligible purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within this 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the eligible product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be complete and, where applicable, returned with their original packaging, accessories, instructions and other items supplied with them.

You may handle a product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Intimate & Hygiene Products

For health and hygiene reasons, certain intimate and personal-care products are supplied sealed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been broken after delivery.

This may include certain intimate toys, personal-care products and other hygiene-sensitive items where this exception is applicable.

If the original hygiene seal remains intact, the normal right of withdrawal may still apply.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

The hygiene exception does not affect your legal rights if a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the direct cost of returning an eligible product is borne by the customer.

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Do not return products directly to a supplier or to an address shown on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund eligible payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option where required by applicable consumer law.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days after processing before the refund appears in your account.
